The cryolipolysis fat loss machine looks more like a vacuum cleaner than the latest fat-busting device.

But this machine claims to do something most women dream of – get rid of excess flab with minimal effort.

It performs a procedure known as fat freezing, which promises to dissolve away love handles, pot bellies and wobbly thighs.

Marketed as an alternative to liposuction, advocates say cryolipolysis, as it is officially called, is the non-invasive, no needle, no scalpel, no scar equivalent.

It claims to use extremely low temperatures kill the fat cells – without damaging the skin above.
